The Bay Area Food Bank participates in a number of promotions that you can help with! Each of these campaigns help bring in funds for the food bank so that we can continue to provide food for those who are struggling with hunger. Campaigns Pampered Chef The Pampered Chef’s Round-Up from the Heart® campaign is the longest running charitable program with Feeding America, and has raised more than $13 million since the partnership began in 1991. With a desire to set a place at the table for everyone, Round-Up from the Heart® encourages Cooking Show guests to “round-up” their product orders to the nearest dollar or more. The additional funds are distributed to Feeding America Affiliates. The Pampered Chef® also introduces a limited edition trivet each year to support the campaign and donates $2 from every purchase to Feeding America. Panera Bread's Operation Dough-Nation Panear Bread's Operation Dough-Nation program ensures that donations made at Panera Bread feed back in to the community. A portion of cash donations made by customers in bakery-cafes may be matched by Panera and its franchisees and are given to Bay Area Food Bank. Look for the drop box by the register! Ruby Tuesday's "Cookies for a Cause" In an effort to help feed the hungry, Ruby Tuesday, the casual-dining restaurant company, created the “Cookies for a Cause – A Dozen Ways to Help Fight Hunger” campaign. During this ongoing campaign, 10% of the sales of Ruby Tuesday’s gourmet chocolate chip and white-chocolate and macadamia-nut cookies sold by the dozen will be donated to local food banks, including your Bay Area Food Bank! “Cookies for a Cause” is a nationwide fundraiser, benefiting food bank members of Feeding America across the country.
“Cookies for a Cause,” will include contributions from the sale of Ruby Tuesday’s cookies in its restaurants, take-out orders, and through the company’s extensive catering program. ![]() |
