Drumming Out Hunger with Andy's Music
This fall we’re calling on all Alabama and Auburn fans to join Andy’s Music and Bay Area Food Bank to help raise 10,000 pounds of food for our local communities.
Every donation you make qualifies you to enter to win a one-of-a-kind Alabama or Auburn themed drum set valued at $2000 each. Donate and enter as many times as you wish. Suggested donation is 5 non-perishable items, no purchase necessary.
Here’s how it works. Stop by Andy’s Music at 1412 Hillcrest Road in Mobile during business hours to drop off nonperishable food items. Simply drop your donation in the barrel labeled for your favorite team, and then fill out the brief registration form to register for the drum set drawing. That’s it.
Two winners, one for each team, will be selected in a drawing on Saturday, November 22.
Who has the most generous fans, Alabama or Auburn? We’ll find out when the Champion of Charity is crowned on November 22!

Can Do Good
Can Do Good (CDG) is a social design-build competition steered by Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood, Inc. (GMC), for high school students (grades 8-12) throughout the Southeast. Students organize canned food drives and then design and build creative structures using their collected items, which are then donated to Bay Area Food Bank.
Schools have the option of participating in our Live Canstructure Event on November 22 at the Gulf Coast Exploreum from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., or building at their school and submitting photos to GMC by December 10. For more information, click here or contact email@example.com.
